Chesterfield and Richmond emergency crews seek answers to collapse of a building at Chester Village Green.

The search has ended and the investigation has begun....Authorities late yesterday wrapped up the dangerous, two-day rescue mission of climbing through an obstacle course of rubble inside a condominium building that collapsed around noonWednesday at Chester Village Green.....Investigators have now begun the tedious task of examining the debris for answers. Why did the 60-foot long structure, presumably built to tough, modern construction codes, suddenly collapse in seconds, killing one worker and injuring another?
